It seems like lately there have been tons of posts and comments on the site being made with special WingDing like characters in the titles and bodies.  I'm very curious to know why Digg would allow this and if so what the reasoning behind it is.  I'm speculating that it's to support the Inernational character sets.  Just a thought.
