Well, apparently people ARE actually reading my "blog" entries, so I'll make them more worthwile to read from now on :Þ.

Anyways, The reason I haven't logged in or updated my profile in a while is because I've gotten into modding for Oblivion. I didn't realize how amazingly easy it is to create the layout of a dungeon/area, just drag and drop. The interesting part comes in staging (as I like to call it), which involves placing scenery objects (things like broken crates, hanging corpses, etc...), and lighting. I still haven't fully figured out how to place NPCs (only shop owners and guards appear to stay in the Cell). I haven't tried scripting yet, probably because I don't have the patience to learn it yet, all though it doesn't seem to hard, its the middle of summer and my friends keep getting in the way :Þ. I'll probably start learning when school starts backup in September.

I have made one mod, and if anybody is interested, I'll upload it somewhere for download and give the link out. Its not very interactive yet, (Shop Owner and a Palace Guard NPC only) but I just started 2 weeks ago, so give me time. I'll put a bunch of screen shots in the photos section as a little preview before anybody downloads.

Well, I just got my invite about an hour ago, and I must say, I'm impressed. Shout is very easy to use, and it has very good linkage with YouTube and Del.icio.us. It looks like they've got the "MySpace Syndrome" all ready fixed, where people can't have unreadable pages, which is a plus. For anybody who is actually reading this (probably nobody right now), I'm in the process of putting more 'beef' into this page, more photos of random shit, and more videos. -Chort
